How will I get my cancellation fees after marking it as no-show?

A week ago, there was a 'no-show' guest and I choose to charge cancellation fees. Since it's my first time, I don't know how will I get the fees and when. The guest booked with a credit card.

If you are not using BdC Online Payments, nor Payments by BdC then : That defaults to you collecting payment directly , remotely or in person.

 

Therefore, a No- Show will result in no payment, no commission to pay.

You should always mark them as no -show on day 2 of booking, and message the reference and status of no payment made to BdC support, so you do not get a bill for it.

 

There is a dispute feature on the reservation statement.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
