How this work, how do I get pay indeed?

According to this site, I get paid three days after the guest check out. I live in USA, I had three guest in 3 weeks and I have not seen any payment yet, One of the guest didn't check out, left a day before, didn't pay and stole my TV remote control, so I had to buy another for $20.00. Another two guests noreven show up. I reported to the App, but it seems nobody read that and there is not customer service. I wasting time and money with this crap and I am going to report it to the Report International Scam. Thanks for nothing folks!

Hi

It appears you do not know how it all works., and have not said which payment service you have sign up for , if even any.

 

By default if you do nothing, you only get paid directly by Guest on arrival, - cash or card if you have a PoS/ ePOS service or machine.

 

Else you can sign up for Bdc Online Payments , where they issue and attach a Virtual CC to the reservation when the guest prepays on checkout on website. This VCC will be hidden until 1 days after arrival date.

 

Alternatively you can sign up for the Payments by Booking service, which reduces the same admin tasks but instead you get paid into your bank account. There is a commission on the total (includes additional fees you define such as cleaning).

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
