I cannot activate the Automated Security Deposit

Hi, my name is **** from Durban South Africa. I am an agent for *********.

My client has a holiday home to rent, which I have listed on bookings.com. I didn't know everything about it and now have bookings, yay... but.. what I didn't realise is that I need a security deposit.

I am not sure if I can send my visitors a lease agreement whereby they must sign with their ID Book number and address and contact details etc or how to activate the Automated Security Deposit Collection at Bookings.com.

I have watched your youtube videos but am flawed.. I do not know how to do this.

I already have bookings that have paid, how do I now ask them for a security deposit.

Please help me.
