I can't find my invoices in extranet financial section

Dear Sir or Madam,


I received several overdue invoices from Booking.com by email. However, when I login into my extranet account, I couldn't find all these invoices. 

Can someone help me solve this problem?  Thank you very much!


1) Do you mean you cannot find any of the invoices or you can find some but not others?

2) Do you have more than one account? (or multiple properties on one account)

If 1 is "some but not all" and 2 does not apply then contact the finance dept. via extranet and ask for a full explanation. If the email was not a no-reply address, copy same to there as a reply.
