I couldn't get my payment

Hello, thank you for reading this..

My bill prepared at 31th januray, and then I changed my bank details because I need to take it from my other cards. I know I will take from the old card for this payment but it needed to be sent around 1-4 february to my old bank account.. I'm still waiting why is it? If its not gonna be in the new one, why is it postponed? :(

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
