I did not receive the full payment

 I did not receive the full payment from the booking.com company. I should have received 178 chf but insted I received only 153.26. I mention the fact that the initial balance was 192 chf and after deducting the commission of 24 chf there is still a remaining payment of 178 chf.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with a payment issue.  Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet to Finance team or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
