I did not receive the money

Hi guys

I have a Q regarding the payment.  i did not receive the Money of this month, But i only received the comission bill. Do u know if i have to pay first the bill and after that will i receive the money? Or is it a problem that the platform has?  thanks in advance

I too have that, and i believe it is just a timing thing.

 

as in, if the last booking over laps the end of the month, until the checkout day occurs and then processed.

 

it also depends on how ou set your Payments by BdC to payout: monthly around 15th process starts or 4 times every 8 days processed on the 9th.
