I didn't get any monwy for June

Dear Booking Team,  I had two guests in June  Nieves Oval Afonso - 313€  Samu Estevez - 274,5€ but didn't get any income FV  Only FV with your commission  Please explain me why i didn't get my money. Best regards  Ewa
