We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I didn't receive the money on my bank account until now

On January 11 i had guest on my property and i didnt recieve the money in the bank until now

Hi! -Moatazzaki2893 and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your payment issue. Booking.com handles my payments and my account is credited on time always. Since this is a space to chat and advise with other BDC partners. It sounds like your issue would be resolved from one of the BDC support teams. You can reach out to them via your Extranet inbox tab and send your request.

Great that you received it now. I think they had some technical problems with payments in the last few months.

But looks like sorted now.
