I didn't receive my October payout

Please I didn't receive my October payout that is supposed to be transferred in November.

I'm trying to reach anyone from finance department for almost 3 weeks but I couldn't. And that made me very dissatisfied about the service.

Can you help me please why I didn't receive the October payout. And when am I supposed to receive it?
