You have posted this on the partner forum so it is difficult to help as you haven't given us any detail of the problem.  Presumably rate to guest is lower than expected.  Are you a Genius member 10% discount, do you have other promotions or discounts that can Stack with this.  Go into the Reservation and check the breakdown.
