I don't see my prices correctly reflected

I have set up a standard rate "A" and in the bokking search, i see my price reduced a 10%

I haven't do any promotion or discount, but the price shown is less that the price y pretend to charge to my guests.

 

any clue?

It sounds like you actually have and forgot which one it is.

 

Contact them as per below 3 options to review your setup.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
