I got a new booking for my listing (Property ID ***) Nightly rate is R 2 000/night
This guest booked for 8 - 12 February 2021 and should have paid R 8 500.00.
However, Booking.com only charged the guest R 1 500/night so he paid R 6 800 for 4 night's accommodation. (R 800 cleaning fee is included)
Why did he get a discount of R 500/night? I have no promotions running. The R 2 000/night is set on my rates on my Nightsbridge channel manager.
If this discounted price is something I have signed up for, I need to change it immediately because it isn't viable to rent out the house for this low price for only 4 days.
Please contact me urgently as I do not want this to happen again.
