I have to pay a commission but the guest did not show up


I have a problem, I received a charge for the booking fee that did not materialize, that is, the guest did not show up. How do I remove a commission?

You should have marked the Reservation as a No Show, then you wouldn't have been charged.  Otherwise booking.com don't know.
