i have a risk free booking that has not been paid although they cancelled and I want to write to booking but I dont know where to write them

This "risk-free" booking was cancelled and we havent been paid but when I try to explain them on the phone they keep on passing me with other people until the connection falls and I have to start all over again. I want to email them to solve this but I dont know where to contact them.

 

Please help me!!

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
