I haven't receive my payment

Hi,

I got reservations on last December, so the payment will be received on 15 January. But on 28 January, I got a message from Booking.com that my payout account number is rejected. So then I change my bank account detail.

Until now I haven't got any notification about the successful payment from Booking.com. How can I know when the payment will be received? How can I know if it already succeed? Please help.

Hi! Amaliaekaputriiand welcome to the amazing forum... sorry to hear your struggles. Have you given your right IBAN number? Maybe you should check your Bank details and call your DDC local office for support...
