We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I need to know if reservation No *** is active and if so has it been paid for

Reservation ***  made on 15th October  for 28th Oct for 3 nights  @375then another night added afterwards ,plus 125 =  £500.  ***

I was notified this was cancelled . Guest has phoned to check with me as he was refunded £125 for the extra night and he does not know why and assumes the booking is still active. 

I can accommodate for the dates requested but I need to know if Payment has been made and if i will get paid.

Hi Alison,

Since this is only a Partner Community you have to contact directly BDC.

In your Reservation tab you can find details about payment.

The booking will only be what the details page say it is.

Open it to confirm the existing booking.

 

Since guest has not canceled the original booking nor the additional night, then I would contact by phone the BdC support team, to add it .

 

Note you should be able to do it yourself, in the top right of the reservation details page, once it is more than 48 hours away.
