I need to refund a guest who made a last minute booking when the property not available

I received a last minute booking tonight and 10 minutes previously got another booking from a neighbour.

I had just blocked it off on the calendar when this man called and said he could not find the property.

So I explained that the property is taken and due to the calendar not having updated because they were adding a booking at the same time, they could not use it.

he then became hostile and started to threaten me I have to pay him money. I would not want these people here anyway.

so they need a refund please

Are you already setup as prepay via Booking ? 


i.e. BdC Issued VCC or Payments By Booking?


If neither then they have not prepaid and therefore no refund.


If they did pay at checkout, then just phone BdC Support team to sort it out.


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’. << this i

4) Select the  topic.

5) Select the  subtopic, and complete the process by answering all questions.


Towards dialog bottom is option to reveal phone number.
