I need to refund a payment to day

A clint has booked to day but due to covid we have had to cancel how do I refund their payment

Thats very simple just phone or message support team directly

 


Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:

 

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right

Always ask the guest to log in to their Booking.com account and request cancellation from there. You will get a message or email from Booking.com asking you to approve the cancellation and waive the fees. You may need to call the guest to explain it all to them.

Never ever ever ever ever contact Booking.com yourself to do this as they then try to arrange alternative accommodation for the guest and charge you for the pleasure.
