i want to cancel a reservation

hi. i have an apartment for rent. someone made a reservation today for tomorow. the apartment is not available. haw can i cancel?

best you reach out to the guest using the contact number/email available on the portal and call customer support! 


do make sure you are absolutely certain you cannot accomodate the guest as you will be penalised!

Booking.com penalises us when we cancel - but have total disregard when we have no shows!
