I would like booking.com to be charged for the stay of my guests

Hello. Could I have ask for change to the payment rules? My point is that the client who books the rooms on the website should pay 100% for the stay when booking. We currently have a set information that payment is made on the spot by card or cash, but not every customer will read it and there are problems because customers coming to us say that they paid for the stay.
