i would like to waive the cancellation fees for a booking

i received a booking yesterday, but due to covid 19 case increase, i decide to close the property til end of may. i have request customer to cancel the booking. but i want to do waiver for the cancellation fees. i cant find anywhere that i can inform the customer support to cancel the fees.



Correct way is get guest to cancel the booking, and request waive, on their account 


You then get a notification for waiver, you approve it, and system processes it
