IBAN issues

I am having a problem entering my IBAN on one of my properties. I am in Italy and I have a GB account with a GB IBAN. The system says I need to enter an Italian IBAN. On another property on the same account, I have used my GB IBAN and I have already received payment from them on that. Any ideas? Booking.Com not helping.

Yes that is normal property country and bank country must be same.

 

Its possible the website is detecting your location as italy and therefore enforcing it.

 

You could try a VPN to connect to UK and then try doing it.

 

NORDVPN, PIA, etc.

Thanks. Though as I said, they have already paid out on the GB IBAN for another property in the same account. Strange eh?
