If I will be charge for a cancelled reservation
*** reservation number ***, cancelled the reservation out of cancellation free of charge period. Couldn't charge her since her credit card is marking insuficients founds or is blocked.
Just want to make sure that I don't get charged the commision and also know what is your procedure to fllow when this happens, since this type of cancellations on last minute affect our business and they managed to do it without any penalization
