I don't understand why I am being charge, if my client didn't show up, im not suppose to pay, i due payment of 75.00 dollars.
In case of no show and you have charged the guest the no show fine Booking.com will still charge you the commission for the reservation. But anyhow I feel it is not fare because in many cases the guest may ask for charge back and you do not have the ID copy or enough information of the credit card holder so you may pay commission for money you did not earned it.
There is NO commission paid on No Shows but you need to report your no show via your extranet
But if the guest says he was there you have to pay, no questions alowed.
Then if that is the case you must be firm with Booking.com because by charging you commission on a NO SHOW they are saying you are telling lies.
