Incompetence of this page to handle the situation, what do you think?

It has been more than 3 months now that I send almost two messages a week too Booking to resolve the errors they made in the invoices. They recognized the mistake over the phone and said they where going to correct it. I am still waiting for these corrections to make the payment of the commissions, but Booking seems to be incompetent to solve this problem, so today the decide to block my page. What to do ? someone has a solution or an answer to their incompetence. Thank you





totally agree but since you already reported it , then you just need to wait or phone them again.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
