Incorrect invoice charge

Dear all, 

i have been charged for a commission on April 2020 even though I didn't receive any reservations, i have confirmed two reservations to be cancelled without cancellation fees due to COVID 19, still was charged with a commission, in addition to that i have emailed Booking.com several emails and they never replied 

help me


You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able help resolve an invoice problem.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.

indeed there is a mistake , i suggest you to contact the Booking.com support 

but just remind that commission  invoice you have received in april

belong to guests slept in  march in your property . 

please check detailed reservations list trough the extranet .
