Incorrect price

Dear booking.com,

We are trying a new channel manager and the prices were correct for 2021. When MyRent connected to your extrabet we have lost a correct price and have gotr this booking. We can not acceot it as the price is only for 4 guests, if the are 4 thery need to pay a difference. We have contacted the client and she refuses to pay. So could u please cancel the reservation with any penalty for us as it was an informatic error. Sorry for this case. Kind regards, Nadia +***
