Invalid Credit Card

I just got a booking for my property in Rome. It says that I tagged the reservation as Invalid Credit Card but I did not do such thing. I do not even have access to the guest's credit card information. I contacted the guest with this isuue but he has not replied what should I do.

Please advise.

Could it be a false booking or something not genuine?

If guests don't reply it could be on purpose, or other error.

Do check witht the helpdesk though.

It could be worthwhile and you can rent out to someone else...
