Invalid Credit Card details
I am facing this trouble in my property and especially during the weekends. People make the booking many days in advance choose the payment option to pay at the time of arrival and share the invalid credit card number. Then they don't turn up and since it is a payment on arrival we cant charge during day.
By the time we realize the guest is not showing up we try to charge the credit card which also goes decline and we end up not selling the room even if we there was a market demand at some point of time during day.
But till the time the picture gets clear to us its already too late.
I am clueless what to do??
