Hi all 

So I've gone to my banking app to pay my very first invoice I have input account number and sort code but where you fill in the name on the account its not being recognized I have tried B.V.and no luck I have also tried J.P. Morgan Chase and still the account is not recognized.

Any ideas would be fab

the account name is exactly that, and not the name of the bank.

as per the info on the finance overview page,

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
