Invoice issuse

Dear BK,

I received an email requesting commission payment from 01.01.2020 to 31.01.2020

What I don't understand is, although our hotel is closed from 15.12.2019 until now, and we requested our guests to cancel their bookings which they accepted ang none showed up, we still have these bookings that under "overbooked" startus and got charged accordingly. It'd be nice of you to provide any explaination and assistant here, thank you. Phan.

You are not addressing BdC support directly, they do not monitor this 'partner forum's, only partners and community team do.

 

You should instead phone support first then if they dont fix it message finance team.
