We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Invoice for march

Hello. We are waiting for a payout from march and it has not yet been paid. Please contact our office by phone and let us know what is going on.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with an invoice problem.  If you need to contact the booking.com help team message using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

Indeed you are not the only one noticing payout issues.

 

You should review the Finance menu in Extranet, look at the invoicing pdf to see what is marked payout versus refunded etc.

 

Then in extranet, inbox, booking messages, click see contact options.

 

Choose the relevant, category and message

I just realised what the root cause might be as they all have it in common..

 

The hashtag for Guest payments & finances

 

If Communities Team  could edit this and remove that hashtag , lets see if it finally moves fro m the unanswered list  :)
