Invoice Overdue

I am receiving several emails from a specific invoice of 9usd that i need to pay to booking from a reservation of 1 night that didn't show up. The guest made a mistake making the reservation but didn't make the cancellation before the arrival date, making it look like if it were here. I need assistance to cancel this invoice or Booking shpuls contact this customer directly to pay the invoice. I did not receive any payments or guest at all

Reminder the reservation statement  under Finance menu has a dispute feature

 


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
