Invoice payment

Dear booking team, 

 

I have received an invoice which is not correct. We didnt have any guest since last year because of covid 19 pandemic situation. Every guest that has made a reservation at our place has been canceled because we are not working at the moment. So please check with the last guest reservation because he didnt show up and we marked his no show! But obviously he is denying that and that is why it is our word against his. Please be kind and check with the guest why is he denying his no show. Ask for an invoice, photo, my description or anything as a proof, he wont have it, because he never showed up.  meliha, looking forward to hearing from you

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
