Hi,

What happens for bookings which are NO SHOW or CANCELLED you still charge commission on them?

You have posted this on the Partner Forum.  You should not be charged commission on No Shows and the charge on Cancelled will depend on your cancellation and payment policies. So if the customer was charged and you are being paid then you will pay commission on that but if the customer was not charged, then you won't pay commission.

HI

As long as the cancelled has no fee, you dont pay anything to BdC.

But if No show and cancelled with feem then you do.
