Hi, Just wanted to know if some other places also have some issues having answer from booking.com ?? I've been sending messages through booking.com since 2 or 3 months about a problem on an invoice and never received any news from them. Thanks
Yes, sometime is very frustrating to get contact them, try send same message to different departaments and hopefully you have someone answer it.

Thanks Francisco, Yes I did that but now we received a message saying that they will close our account because we didn't pay but we just need to have an answer from them.. SInce the COVID I think the cut their employees and now it is impossible to get in touch with them

To dispute an invoice stay(s) on the reservation statement,
Open the statement and tick the Dispute box , then submit.
To dispute the entire invoice, not directly related to the Stays on it, instead message BdC Partner Support.
Note in some regions/countries there is a backlog of cases.
