Who is working in the finance or extranet that can answer my query. Phone calls, Emails are all going unanswered. A guest cancels, then you invoice me. Please can we discuss the guest not showing up at Christmas.

If you have already used the following method , then simply wait.


For this topic you can simply open the reservation statement under Finance menu and tick the box for that stay to then submit a dispute. This is the most efficient way to do it.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
