Issue a refund

Hi there,


I am just wondering what is the procedure to issue a refund to my guests please?

There were some problem with few insects - crockcoches and they are not happy with this and hence I would like to refund them from tomorrow onwards. Their arrival date: 19th Nov and Departure date: 29th Nov. They only stayed for 3 days and I would like to refund them the other 7 days please.

If you could let me know that would be great.

Hi! There is the facility to update a reservation via the admin portal. never done it so not sure exactly how it works but you can change dates and prices. Best you do something official before giving the refund as you will end up paying the commision on the full reservation price.
