Issue a refund
I am just wondering what is the procedure to issue a refund to my guests please?
There were some problem with few insects - crockcoches and they are not happy with this and hence I would like to refund them from tomorrow onwards. Their arrival date: 19th Nov and Departure date: 29th Nov. They only stayed for 3 days and I would like to refund them the other 7 days please.
If you could let me know that would be great.
