We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hi - my Guest Payment Options menu (under Policies) is not working. I want to change from "cash only" to "we accept credit cards". I make the change but then the "save" button will not save.....the only option then is to "cancel" and try again ......and again.......and again.......!   I keep contacting Booking.Com and get various responses....mainly "there is a bug in the system".  It has been over 10 days since I first realised I had a problem - has anyone else got this same problem??

Do you have the option of using Payments by Booking.com? If so, I suggest using it - will save you a lot of hassles over the credit card options - no more fake bookings, fewer no shows etc etc.

 

As for the problem you describe, Booking.com has loads of bugs .... keep asking, keep hassling them ....

Hi - thanks for your response.  Because I cannot change from cash only to accepting credit cards, I also cannot activate the Payments Online option either........I'm stuck.   They say it is a worldwide issue ...... but they cannot track the source of the problem !!!!

I always set up properties on AirBnB / TripAdvisor first, then I create the listing on Booking.com but do not open up for bookings until they set up Payments by Booking.com - that way, I can get bookings while Booking.com sort out their problems - eventually they get it sorted .....
