We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Last minute bookings


I would like to choose which time is the last time for a guest to make a last minute booking. Since we are working til 12 PM we cannot receive a last minute booking for the same day after this time. Can you please help? Sincerely,

In Rates, Calendar, use List view.  On left hand side open up to see additional lines re 'Min. advance reservation' .  You can use the Bulk edit to the fields.  Click on the ? to see exactly what you need.  Should be 1D for not accepting bookings on the day of arrivals.
