Late payment and no return of messages

I have two apartments registered for payment via Booking.  In the month of November you should receive payment for the reservations for the month of October.  I have already sent several emails and messages via the extranet, but I do not receive any feedback.  The phones they made available to partners, do not work!  What should I do?

I received a message from the booking, apologizing and asking him to contact the financier's phone.  The number they gave me is what I call daily and they don't answer.  I hope that someone from the Booking Finance department gets in touch as soon as possible

I doubt if they will send them a message on the Ethernet clearly explaining the situation and also start the dispute resolution .
