LATE PAYMENT IN APRIL I WANT MY COMMISSION BACK!!!

I AM DEEPLY ANGERED BY THE WAY BOOKING.COM HANDLED THIS WHOLE STRESSFUL SCENARIO WITH NO COMMUNICATION AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE FINANCE TEAM.

I HAVE SPENT 6 HOURS ON HOLD TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND HAVE SENT ABOUT 8 MESSAGES TO THEM, THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN RESPONDED TOO.

I WANT MY APRIL'S COMMISSION PAYMENT REFUNDED.

WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT US YOU DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS!!!

OUR GUESTS RATE US ON EVERY STAY, YOUR SCORE WOULD BE IN ZERO FIGURES BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE TOWARDS ME AND OTHERS.

YOU SHOULD FORFEIT YOUR COMMISSION AS AN ACT TO RESTORE OUR FAITH IN YOU!!!

Absolutely!!!! It’s has been so stressful and I STILL haven’t got the money. They should definitely NOT take commission next month - I am furious!!! They said it was only the UK but clearly it’s not.

A business this size should not have these problems it’s a simple BACS payment... it’s has had a Huge negative impact on my business and I am now so stressed it’s terrible. The whole finance team seem to be on vacation?!!
