We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



late payments

Hi there ....Is anybody else experiencing late payments in January? Normally we see payments sent 2 or 3 days after departure. But we are waiting for a payment for a guest who checked out on the 12th Jan which has not even marked as sent yet? We are coming up to our busiest period of the year Carnival in Cadiz and we are worried about late payments.......

Ilkay, sorry to hear about your payment struggles...

We usually get payments 10 days after check out...

I guess you are lucky getting payments 2-3 days after departure.

Maybe you should contact your local BDC office for better support.
