Late Payments

I have had a couple of large bookings and the payment due date from booking.com has come and gone. ( for a bank transfer) I have double checked my account details are correct and that I am on 4 times a month , so we are well after 10 days after check out date . I assume therefore that booking.com have been holding thousands of euros from the guests since they paid. I have left messages via the contact centre and no response.  Its a lot of money to be late in these times, does anyone else have issues with Booking.com late paying . The number that you call just seems to take you in circles of recorded messages directing back to the extranet to the things , I have already checked .

So that statement is a giant leap to make.


If you have already sent a message via the Extranet as per below and been more than a week, follow it up with a call to Partner Support to check the case status.


Yes there is a separate finance contact, do that one too.


Yes there have been others reporting similar but many of those were only sharing half the info and had different reasons for delays, which eventually got and get sorted.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi there. I dont think it's a sweeping statement , It's a fact .

If the guests have paid and checked out a month ago . then booking have been holding onto that money . After following up again , I was sent a reply to say that the money had been paid into my account . A simple look at the value of the bookings v's what was paid out  would have confirmed what I had said , that  a large reservation had not been paid.  Surely the financial department can marry up the value of the payments due with what they have actually paid without too much confusion.   I have relayed that information ( again ) and 3 days on no reply . So yes its extremely frustrating to have to wait a long time for an inaccurate response and no resolution. I have never experienced anything like this with any other booking channel .

I will persevere and try and call them again , however the recorded message keeps referring me back to the extranet.
