I have had a couple of large bookings and the payment due date from booking.com has come and gone. ( for a bank transfer) I have double checked my account details are correct and that I am on 4 times a month , so we are well after 10 days after check out date . I assume therefore that booking.com have been holding thousands of euros from the guests since they paid. I have left messages via the contact centre and no response. Its a lot of money to be late in these times, does anyone else have issues with Booking.com late paying . The number that you call just seems to take you in circles of recorded messages directing back to the extranet to the things , I have already checked .
