Late payments from booking.com

Are other people having delayed payments from booking.com. Yes should be14 days from invoice on the 3rd of the month, not even sure why it takes that long. But even later, considering leaving booking.com full stop... not good business...

Dear Andrew welcome to the Partner Community.

BDC is always on time.

They have changed their payment policy and now they pay 4 times in a month.

Maybe you should call your BDC local office and ask your support team.

They have changed their payment policy for any subsequent new bookings, however, payment by the 15th of the following month after guests leave is still current for me.

I am still waiting for payment for guests that left in June! It is now the 23rd of July and the only response from B.com is there is s technical issue. I have emailed several times and now I just get ignored. This is how you treat successful partners B.com. Disgraceful!

Airbnb pay the second day of the guest arrival, most of our bookings come that way. Trip advisor within a week of arrival. If it does not improve then I will close all my rooms on booking.com.

It is so very unprofessional, being told there is a 'technical issue' when clearly there isn't any banking issue which takes weeks to resolve. I have years of experience in business dealing with electronic bank transfers and, the only thing that causes long delays transferring cash payments is a cash flow problem.

I have decided based on your replies to take all my rooms off booking.com to at least until 2020, thanks for replies. I will now have to consider how I move forward with the present bookings I have with booking.com. It may mean recharging them the room cost and they claim back their payments from booking.com or find somewhere else which will not happen in July and August in Cornwall.

So sorry to hear that...Booking.com is a leader. Never had any problems and only on time. Give it a second thought maybe there is a technical problem!!!

Payment for June sorted, Not sure why no notifications when payments are made, However payment in bank.

Great news!!!

I am always notified by BDC when payment has been effected. Maybe you should contact your BDC local office and ask them if they can assist you.
