LCOKDOWN INVOICE

MY ROOMS ARE CLOSED FROM 22ND MACH 2020 TILL TODAY DUE TO LOCK DOWN, SO HOW INVOICE IS GENERATED THERE IS SOME MISTAKE

Please do not type in capitals as it is consider shouting.  This is partner forum not help team so do not shout at us.

Check under Finance to find out what the Invoice is based on.  Did someone not cancel property?

You will need to contact booking.com help team to resolve issue using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

Yes will be the case especially for that period when the financial runs did actuall change, and the payout schedule also changed.

 

You will find that when you reconcile the reservations list you had in place prior to , lets say, March 15th, then  look at the invoices since, some may even contradict the previous.

It will have you at least an hour to work it out, but it will make perfect sense in the end.

 

And like Sharon said above, consider No Shows, and Cancellations, including not marking them in time or not canceled right or at all.
