We've received the reservation a month ago for this guest and she booked during the peak season of Chinese New Year on the 24.1.2020 to 26.1.2020
Somehow she just cancelled it and now we are checking whether if she can postpone to some other dates instead?
We did noticed that this reservation is RISK FREE non refundable and Booking.com has confirmed to us that if guest cancelled before 21.1.2020, Booking.com will find the replacement. After 21.1.2020, guest will be responsible for paying the reservation fee?
Therefore how can we follow up this issue?
