Lost order without number but with a payment to booking
Good afternoon. We have a strange situation last friday (18/10/2019)
Our client called to us and said that she made a reservation via booking.com and already paid to your company 80 EUR. The payment was made via REVOLUT platform. She show us payment details.
But thing is this that we don't see this booking anywhere from your page.
She told us that you have these money but did not get her any reservation confirmation.
We also don't have any order number and any other details.
Please help us to sort this problem, thank you!
