We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Lousy Invoices

I wonder if I am the only person who is frustrated by Booking's invoice system.

It seems it completely lacks checks and balances.

Payments are not credited in a timely fashion

Customer No Show and Cancellation credits are not automatically deducted from the balance.

We have to subtract them from the invoice ourselves and then go through a pain just to

"pay other amount:"

Has anyone received an end of year invoice with all payments made and monies received?

Anyone get a 1099?

I have found booking double charging me on several  occasions.

Anyone else?

Hi Shay, I don't seem to be having any issues with my invoices. I receive them about two days after my guests arrive and they all seem to be in order. I pay promptly but this is my first year with Booking.com so I don't have an end of year statement.
